2012 Piedmont Fire Expo Vendor Online Registration & Payment
Important notes:
- YOU MUST click the "Submit by Email" button on the top of the form to complete registration.
- Print a copy of the form for your records. You can not save the form.
- You must have Adobe Reader 9 or newer to view and fill out the form. It is free and can be installed in a couple of minutes. Click the link below to go to Adobe's website.
- Please read all materials carefully and fill out the application completely.
- Please make note of the total amount due.
- Applications should be submitted on-line by September 30, 2011 to be added to our show program.
- All reservations will be confirmed by return email.
- A confirmation with detailed direction will be sent by letter by November 4, 2011.
- All spaces are assigned on a “first-come-first-serve” basis.
- The Association reserves the right to arrange spaces to accommodate the facility's features, life safety codes and other needs to enhance the exhibits.
- The number of truck spaces per vendor is limited in order to accommodate multiple vendors.
